These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish a binding legal understanding between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and TRADIA (“TRADIA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of our website, educational content, analytics calculators, learning roadmaps, community features, and digital resources.

By creating an account, browsing our website, or accessing any educational materials published by TRADIA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our related policies. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue your use of TRADIA immediately.

TRADIA is an online educational and technology platform dedicated exclusively to structured trading instruction, analytical toolsets, and disciplined methodology. TRADIA is not an investment adviser, a registered broker-dealer, an asset manager, or a financial services firm.

Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No Investment Advice: All materials, market commentaries, video modules, chart markups, and case studies are published strictly for educational and illustrative purposes. Nothing on TRADIA constitutes personalized investment, tax, legal, or financial advice.
• Not a Signal Service: TRADIA does not broadcast trading alerts, buy/sell recommendations, copy-trading streams, or financial signals. Any market scenario discussed is a pedagogical demonstration of theoretical concepts.
• No Trade Execution: TRADIA does not accept client funds for investment, hold deposits, execute orders, or provide brokerage services. All actual trading decisions are executed independently by you through third-party brokers at your sole discretion.
• No Guaranteed Outcomes: Trading in financial markets involves severe risk of capital loss. TRADIA does not guarantee, promise, or imply profits, funded account qualification, or specific trading returns.

To register for an account or participate in TRADIA, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information during signup.
• Complete required email verification steps to maintain active credentials.
• Safeguard your password and account credentials from unauthorized third-party access.
• Promptly notify TRADIA through our Help Center if you discover or suspect any breach of account security.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your authenticated account.

Account credentials are strictly individual. Sharing your account credentials, selling access, or allowing multiple individuals to access curriculum under a single seat violates these Terms and may result in immediate suspension.

TRADIA presents structured membership tiers to organize planned curriculum depth and feature access. The proposed tiers and standard prices are:

• Starter: $29 / month USD (proposed plan)
• Pro: $39 / month USD (proposed plan)
• Elite: $59 / month USD (proposed plan)

Proposed Status & Inactive Checkout: These membership tiers, features, and price points represent proposed configurations. Paid subscriptions and online checkout are currently inactive. TRADIA does not collect payment card information on the public preview, and no visitor will be billed or charged.

All stated tier benefits, curriculum inclusions, tool access, and billing schedules remain subject to final confirmation before commercial launch. Nothing is charged until billing officially opens, at which time complete payment terms, recurring subscription intervals, and refund terms will be presented and confirmed at checkout.

You agree to access TRADIA solely for lawful educational purposes and in full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

You agree that you will not:

• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract content, curriculum, or code from the platform.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disable, or tamper with any security-related features of TRADIA.
• Interfere with or disrupt platform integrity, server performance, or network connections.
• Impersonate any person, trading instructor, staff member, or entity.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, trojans, or corrupted files.
• Engage in abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful conduct toward instructors, staff, or fellow community members.

All materials published on TRADIA—including instructional videos, text modules, graphics, interactive trade calculators, software scripts, brand marks, and visual designs—are the exclusive intellectual property of TRADIA or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TRADIA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the educational materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

You may not resell, redistribute, rebroadcast, record, screen-capture for distribution, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from TRADIA content without prior explicit written authorization from TRADIA.

TRADIA is developing planned community features, peer discussion forums, and collaborative trading journal spaces. Our goal is to foster an atmosphere of disciplined learning, mutual respect, and analytical rigour.

When interacting within planned community spaces, members must adhere to strict conduct guidelines:

• No solicitation, advertising, marketing of affiliate links, or promotion of third-party signal services or funds.
• No publication of unverified profit screenshots, aggressive claims, or misleading performance metrics.
• Respect constructive feedback, diverse perspectives, and learning curves. Harassment, hate speech, and personal attacks will result in immediate community revocation.
• Protect confidentiality and do not publish private personal data of other members.

TRADIA provides analytical tools—such as TradeLab risk calculators, position-sizing models, and compounding estimators—as educational aids to demonstrate mathematical risk concepts.

All calculations are mathematical estimates based solely on the numeric inputs you provide. They do not account for real-world execution variables, such as broker spreads, slippage, latency, market gaps, margin requirements, or overnight swap fees. TRADIA makes no warranty regarding the computational completeness or accuracy of any calculator output.

The calculators do not provide instrument-specific position sizing advice. You remain solely responsible for determining your trade parameters and verifying figures with your broker before entering any position.

TRADIA may reference, link to, or integrate with third-party tools, charting engines, economic calendars, brokers, or external resources. These references are provided solely as an informational convenience.

TRADIA does not operate, control, endorse, or guarantee any third-party website, product, or brokerage. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, terms, or privacy practices of external services. Your interactions with third-party providers are governed exclusively by their respective terms and policies.

The TRADIA platform, all educational content, analytical tools, and community services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TRADIA expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, and non-infringement. TRADIA does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TRADIA, its founders, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, trading losses, loss of capital, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the TRADIA platform;
• Any trading or investment decisions made based on educational content or calculator tools;
• Any conduct or content of any third party or other member on the platform;
• Any unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of your account or data.

Where total liability cannot be fully excluded by applicable law, TRADIA’s aggregate liability for all claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to TRADIA, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

TRADIA reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your account and restrict your access to any part of the platform if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or compromised the security or integrity of TRADIA.

You may close your account at any time by submitting a request through our Help Center. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the platform and its proprietary educational materials.

As TRADIA continues to develop its educational curriculum, analytical tools, and community platform, we may update, enhance, modify, or discontinue features of the service at any time.

We also reserve the right to revise these Terms periodically. When changes occur, we will update the “Last Updated” date or notice at the top of this document. Continued use of TRADIA following the publication of revised Terms signifies your acceptance of the amended terms. We encourage you to review this page regularly.

This document represents an operational and educational draft pending final formal legal counsel. The specific governing jurisdiction, applicable legal forum, choice of law rules, and dispute resolution mechanisms (such as mandatory mediation or arbitration) will be formally designated in the finalized, legally reviewed version of these Terms prior to commercial operation.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceeding, you and TRADIA agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms through informal negotiation via our support channel.
