1. Who We Are and Scope
TRADIA is an online educational platform dedicated to trading education, structured learning courses, market analysis concepts, and disciplined risk-management frameworks. We provide informational and analytical educational materials designed to assist learners in building trading competence.
This Privacy Policy describes how TRADIA collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit our website, register an account, interact with educational dashboards, or communicate with our support team.
Trading Credentials and Broker Isolation: TRADIA is solely an educational and analytical platform. TRADIA does not collect, request, access, or store your live brokerage account credentials, personal trading keys, or trading account passwords, and TRADIA does not execute trades, handle broker deposits, or manage funds on your behalf.
2. Information We Collect
We collect personal information directly from you when you interact with the platform, as well as limited technical information collected automatically through your device:
- Account Details: When you register on TRADIA, our account system collects your name, email address, and authentication credentials (hashed passwords handled securely by the platform's account management system).
- Support and Inquiries: When you reach out to our team or submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, subject matter, and the message content submitted through our support and contact forms.
- Usage and Device Information: When you access your account, we record standard session details such as your browser type, device operating system, general network information, active session timestamps, and signed-in device details shown in your account dashboard.
- Cookies and Local Storage: We use essential cookies and browser storage mechanisms to maintain your signed-in state, remember basic interface preferences, and protect your account session against unauthorized tampering.
- Third-Party Sign-In Providers: If third-party authentication methods (such as social or federated sign-in providers) are offered and selected by you, we receive your verified identifier, display name, and email address as permitted by that provider's permissions.
3. How We Use Information
We process the information we collect strictly for legitimate educational, operational, and security purposes, including:
- Providing and Securing Accounts: Creating and managing your TRADIA account, authenticating access, preserving your progress, and verifying active sessions.
- Customer Support: Responding to questions, handling technical inquiries, and addressing feedback submitted through our Help Center.
- Platform Enhancement: Evaluating learning engagement, troubleshooting platform errors, and continuously improving our educational curriculum and tools.
- Service Communications: Delivering non-promotional transactional communications, such as account verification emails, password reset links, security notices, and important policy updates.
- Legal Compliance & Protection: Detecting, preventing, and mitigating fraudulent activity, abuse, or unauthorized access, and fulfilling applicable statutory obligations.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where data protection laws (such as the European Union General Data Protection Regulation or equivalent frameworks) require a lawful basis for processing personal data, we rely on the following grounds:
- Contractual Performance: Processing necessary to provide you with access to your account and deliver the educational services and dashboard features you request.
- Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary to secure our digital infrastructure, protect users against fraud, enhance educational content, and handle member support inquiries.
- Consent: Where you provide explicit consent for specific optional communications or voluntary feedback. You may withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal Obligations: Processing required to comply with binding statutory obligations, regulatory inquiries, or court orders.
5. Payments and Billing
TRADIA displays proposed membership tiers (Starter at $29/month, Pro at $39/month, and Elite at $59/month USD) for educational planning. Active checkout and automated recurring billing are currently not active on this platform.
When paid memberships and commercial checkout become active, all payment transactions will be processed directly by certified third-party payment gateways. TRADIA will never collect, process, or store full credit card numbers, debit card details, or banking authentication codes on our servers. The payment processor will provide TRADIA solely with transaction confirmation tokens, subscription status, and billing renewal dates.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for the period necessary to maintain your active account, deliver requested educational content, resolve support inquiries, and comply with applicable statutory retention requirements.
If you close your account or request account deletion, we delete or permanently anonymize your personal information, except where retention of specific transactional logs is legally mandated or required to resolve active disputes.
9. Security Safeguards
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include encrypted communication channels (HTTPS/TLS) and hashed password authentication.
Please note that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the public internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and restricting access to your personal devices.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable data protection legislation, you may hold specific legal rights concerning your personal information:
- Access and Inspection: The right to request confirmation of whether we hold your personal data and obtain a copy of that data.
- Rectification and Correction: The right to update or correct inaccurate or incomplete information recorded in your account profile.
- Erasure and Deletion: The right to request that we delete personal data associated with your account, subject to statutory retention exceptions.
- Objection and Restriction: The right to object to or request the limitation of our processing under particular legal conditions.
- Data Portability: The right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
To exercise any of these rights, please submit a request through our Help Center support form. We will review and respond to verified requests within statutory timeframes.
11. International Transfers
TRADIA operates internationally. Information collected from you may be stored and processed on servers located in jurisdictions outside your home country, where data protection standards may differ from those in your local territory.
Where personal data is transferred across borders, we implement recognized transfer safeguards to ensure your information receives appropriate protection consistent with applicable law.
12. Children's Privacy
TRADIA is designed exclusively for adult learners interested in financial education. The platform and its materials are not directed to, marketed to, or intended for individuals under eighteen (18) years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account or submitted personal data, please notify us immediately through our support form so we can remove the data and close the associated account.
13. Third-Party Websites and Links
Our website and educational resources may contain reference links to third-party websites, external documentation, market data portals, or educational resources.
TRADIA does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the privacy practices, content, or terms of third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy notices of any external site you visit.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may revise and update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect enhancements to our platform, changes in our operational procedures, or modifications to statutory requirements.
When changes are made, we will update the "Last Revised" date on this document. For material updates, we may provide prominent notice on the platform or notify registered users via email before the changes take effect.
