1. General Risk Warning
Trading forex, cryptocurrencies, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk and may result in financial losses, including the loss of invested capital. TRADIA provides educational content, market commentary, and analytical tools for informational purposes. Nothing on this website guarantees trading profits or constitutes personalized investment advice. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Financial markets are inherently speculative and volatile. When participating in retail or institutional financial markets, there is always an inherent possibility that you may sustain a total loss of initial margin funds and any additional capital deposited. You should never trade or invest money that you cannot afford to lose completely.
2. Educational Purpose & No Personalized Advice
TRADIA is strictly an educational and technology learning platform. TRADIA is not a registered broker-dealer, financial adviser, commodity trading advisor (CTA), investment manager, signal provider, or custodian.
- No Trade Execution: TRADIA does not execute trades, receive client investment funds, hold brokerage accounts, or provide clearing services.
- No Individual Recommendations: None of the commentary, educational video lessons, community discussions, or course modules constitute personalized investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Content is generalized and prepared without regard to individual risk profiles, financial situations, or objectives.
- Personal Responsibility: You retain sole and independent responsibility for any trading, speculative, or investment decisions you make. If you are uncertain about any financial concept or transaction, you should seek independent advice from a licensed, qualified financial adviser before risking capital.
3. Risks of Leveraged and Volatile Products
Many retail financial instruments, such as foreign exchange (Forex), contracts for difference (CFDs), futures, and options, are traded on margin and carry high levels of leverage.
- Leverage Amplification: Leverage works both for you and against you. A small price movement against your position can result in rapid and substantial losses that may exceed your initial margin deposit where local regulations permit negative balances.
- Market Gaps and Slippage: Fast-moving or illiquid market conditions, economic announcements, weekend gaps, and unexpected geopolitical developments can create slippage, meaning stop-loss orders might not be executed at the specified price.
- Cryptocurrency Volatility: Digital assets and cryptocurrencies experience extreme intraday price swings, potential exchange illiquidity, and continuous regulatory developments, further heightening the risk of loss.
- Liquidity and Counterparty Risk: Certain derivative contracts may be subject to widened spreads, order rejections, or broker counterparty insolvency during severe market dislocations.
4. No Guarantee of Results or Performance
Past performance of any trading methodology, system, course instructor, or simulated strategy does not indicate or guarantee future performance.
All illustrative examples, historical charts, walkthrough exercises, and theoretical trade breakdowns displayed across TRADIA represent educational case studies prepared for conceptual review. They do not depict actual live trade execution, guaranteed outcomes, or predictive signals. Hypothetical or simulated performance results possess inherent limitations; they do not reflect the emotional discipline, real-time slippage, liquidity constraints, or brokerage fees incurred in live capital accounts.
5. Educational Tools and Interactive Calculators
TRADIA provides interactive widgets, position size calculators, risk-to-reward meters, and trade journaling templates for instructional practice only.
- Simplified Models: Calculators use simplified mathematical formulas and assumed inputs. They do not automatically adjust for broker-specific contract sizes, point values, variable tick values, live currency conversions, or dynamic margin requirements.
- Exclusion of Hidden Costs: Educational calculations generally exclude real-world trading costs such as floating bid-ask spreads, broker commissions, overnight financing (swap) rates, and exchange fees.
- No Automated Sizing: Tool outputs do not constitute trade signals or recommended order sizing for specific live instruments. Users must verify all calculations independently with their selected brokerage before placing any live transaction.
6. Funded-Trader & Evaluation Preparation
Curriculum content focused on proprietary firm evaluations, funded-trader challenges, and rule-based risk management is provided solely for educational preparation.
TRADIA is an independent educational provider and is not a proprietary trading firm, broker, or funding sponsor. TRADIA does not allocate capital, grant funded trading accounts, or guarantee that any participant will pass third-party evaluation tests, risk assessments, or verification stages. Any engagement with external prop trading firms or evaluation challenges is governed entirely by agreements between you and the respective third-party firm.
7. Market Information and Third-Party Content
Market commentary, illustrative chart overlays, news recaps, and calendar highlights provided on the platform may be sourced from public feeds or third-party providers.
Such data may be delayed, incomplete, simulated, or subject to typographical errors. TRADIA makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of third-party market information. No direct, real-time market execution feeds are connected to TRADIA educational interfaces.
8. Only Risk Capital You Can Afford to Lose
You should only allocate risk capital to speculative financial trading. Risk capital is money that, if lost in its entirety, will not jeopardize your financial security, lifestyle, emergency reserves, or ability to meet basic living commitments.
Borrowing funds, taking on consumer debt, or using critical savings (such as retirement funds or mortgage reserves) to engage in trading or purchase educational materials is strongly discouraged.
9. Jurisdiction and Legal Suitability
Financial regulations regarding foreign exchange, CFDs, derivatives, and cryptocurrency trading vary significantly across countries, states, and regional jurisdictions.
Certain leveraged products may be restricted or prohibited by regulatory bodies in your jurisdiction (for example, the CFTC/NFA in the United States, FCA in the United Kingdom, or ESMA in the European Union). It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your consumption of educational materials and any personal trading activities fully comply with the laws, statutes, and tax regulations of your country of residence. Please review our Terms of Service for additional legal provisions.
10. User Acknowledgement of Risk

- You have read and comprehensively understood this Risk Disclosure.
- You accept that all educational materials are provided for learning and simulation purposes only.
- You assume complete responsibility for your own financial conduct and any capital losses incurred.
